  • Sheldon Malchicoff is the chairman, president, and CEO of Data Exchange Corporation (DEX).     Prior to founding DEX in 1980, Malchicoff served as Director of Advanced Development for the Sperry products division of Automation Industries and held various management positions for Data Products.

    Malchicoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from California State University, Northridge and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s “President’s Program in Leadership." He is also a member of World President’s Organization (WPO) and Chief Executive’s Organization (CEO).


Steve Goldman

Steve Goldman was former Chairman of the Board and CEO for Power-One, a manufacturer of power supplies and solar inverters. Goldman joined Power-One in 1982 and was appointed president and CEO in 1990. He was responsible for taking the company public in 1997 and leading 5 acquisitions. Power-One was sold to ABB Group - Automation and Power Technologies in 2013.

Goldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University's Presidential Program. Goldman was recognized by Pepperdine as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Graziadio School in 1999. He is a member World Presidents' Organization (WPO). Goldman is founder of Erev3 a consulting and investment firm specializing in Clean Tech Start Up Companies.


David Sackman

David Sackman has been President and CEO of Lieberman Research Worldwide since 1991. He is a specialist in marketing strategy and new product development and has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and research. He has extensive knowledge of a wide range of product categories including packaged goods, retail, food service, and entertainment.

David has served on the Marketing Research Association’s Strategic Planning Committee, its Executive Forum on Research Quality, and the Executive Committee of its National Board of Directors. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Data Exchange Corporation and Specialty Merchandise Corporation. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors for RFL Communications, a board member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, World Presidents’ Organization and CEO.  He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Jeffrey Haines

Jeff Haines was named President and CEO in 1984 and Chairman of Royce Medical in 1998. Jeff joined Royce Medical in October of 1981 as General Manager. Under his direction, Royce has experienced dramatic growth, while he facilitated the development of the corporate culture, the strategic planning process, and systems to ensure measurement and success.

Jeff has been an active member of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Young President's Organization since 1992, and has held several positions, including Chapter Chairman.


Tony Harris

Tony Harris has over 30 years international board experience across a broad range of industry sectors including telecommunications, IT, manufacturing, security, healthcare, logistics and private equity. He has extensive experience implementing significant growth strategies for global technology and distribution businesses. Tony serves both as a member of the DEX Board of Directors and as the Non-Executive Chairman of the DEX businesses in the EMEA Region. Tony is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Carousel Logistics Holdings Ltd., a Non-Executive Director of Elektron Technology PLC and a Senior Adviser to a private investment firm. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.


Dale Cohen

Dale Cohen has held various executive management positions in the financial service sector and in the oil industry. His professional experience encompasses strategic planning, the design and implementation of business and acquisition strategies and management of corporate funds. Mr. Cohen served at Cal Fed Bancorp Inc. from 1985 to 1997 in various executive positions, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He holds an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Southern California.
