Eddie Sullivan Joins DEX as Vice President, Software Sales

Camarillo, CA - January 7, 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced today that Eddie Sullivan has joined the company as Vice President of Software Sales. In his new role, Sullivan will be able to use the company’s expertise in Oracle® eBusiness software development to deliver robust DEX Systems reverse logistics software and consulting services to customers.

“With more than 25 years of sales and business development experience—primarily in selling application software to small, medium and large corporations and building-out earlier stage solution software organizations—Eddie is the perfect fit for this position, and we are excited to have him on board,” said Chip Dickinson, president of DEX Systems. “He excels at delivering proactive, hands-on sales and business development services for technology businesses and new divisions of established companies. These skills will enable him to provide our customers with cost-effective solutions that will boost their bottom line.”

Prior to joining DEX, Sullivan held executive sales management and business development positions in high-tech software and service organizations, where he developed and implemented plans to accelerate revenue realization and share-holder value, kick-started complex sales and business development activity, and built sales and support teams for companies such as  MCC Global, OPUS, SalePoint Systems, MAI Systems, and Triad Systems.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University.

“I am very eager to take on the software sales and business development growth of DEX Systems. The reputation of DEX in the reverse logistics industry will only accelerate our ability to deliver quality solutions to both existing and new clients,” said Sullivan. “I plan to use my strengths in formulating strategic business plans, executing sales initiatives, and developing teams to support the growth of DEX Systems.”
