David Franz Joins DEX as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Camarillo, CA - April 28, 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced that David Franz has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Reporting to Sheldon Malchicoff, DEX’s chairman and CEO, Franz oversees the financial functions of the company, including financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures, and the organization’s relationship with the financial community. DEX is in the business of delivering innovative supply chain solutions to clients by leveraging its expertise in consulting, engineering, software, systems, and operations.

Franz comes to DEX most recently from Semtech Corporation, were he was Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, for more than 13 years. Prior to Semtech, he held various financial positions at Teradata Corporation, Wickes Companies, and Arthur Andersen & Co.
