Data Exchange Corporation Expands staff in Ohio

Lockbourne, OH - June 11 , 2006 - DEX^® (Data Exchange Corporation) has expanded staff in its Ohio location to keep pace with the company’s steady growth. New executives include:

David Tatko — Director of Inside Sales
David Tatko comes to DEX with more than seven years of experience in sales, having worked for several companies in the positions of sales manager, parts resource center manager, and business development manager. He was responsible for strategic and tactical oversight, management, and development of procurement and new business development departments.

Mr. Tatko also helped create and develop several start-up companies, where he cultivated and implemented initial sales strategies and multi-user sales databases.

Duane Pinkston — Sr. Vice President and General Manager, DEX Corporation Northeast
Duane Pinkston, formerly of Kimball Electronics Group, joined DEX with more than 21 years of experience in general, technical, and sales management, along with mergers and acquisitions. At Kimball Electronics Group, he held a variety of positions during his 16-year tenure, including general manager, merger and acquisition manager, new business development manager, and automotive program manager. In those roles, he was responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating strategic plans, managing a centralized quote team, and maintaining yearly positive revenue and growth.

Prior to Kimball, he worked at CTS Corporation and United Parcel Service. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics and computer technology from Indiana State University.
