North American Operations

West Coast Facility – Camarillo, CA

DEX Camarillo houses DEX’s corporate headquarters, as well as the information technology and engineering departments that support all global operations.

International, national, and regional customers are serviced from this ISO 9001:2000 certified facility with more than 215,000 square feet of production and distribution space. Camarillo is right in the middle of Ventura County’s high-tech corridor and effectively supports overseas imports that flow through the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

East Coast Facility – Columbus, Ohio

DEX Ohio is located just outside Columbus in Lockbourne near the Rickenbacker Airport. This 275,000 square foot facility is strategically located - we’re close to all the hubs of major freight carriers. DEX Ohio can service 70 percent of the United States with one and two-day delivery service.

The facility’s location allows “end-of-runway” benefits that include extended shipping hours for overnight carriers. With several million square feet of available warehousing space in Creekside Industrial Parkway, DEX Ohio can scale up to the growing needs of our customers.

International Operations

European Headquarters – Dublin, Ireland

DEX’s European headquarters, repair, warehousing and distribution facilities are located in Dublin, Ireland. This facility is situated close to the airport and sea port to support customers throughout EMEA. All major freight companies are based in Ireland and offer next-day delivery to all central business districts in all major European cities.

DEX Europe offers similar offerings as DEX in the United States, but has particular expertise with high-end equipment repair and high quality spare parts procurement services. In Europe, DEX has a highly qualified staff of electronic, electrical, mechanical, quality and process engineers dedicated to supporting your products and quickly providing process control systems that support new and emerging technologies, all within ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities.

Asia Facility – Shanghai, China

DEX Shanghai provides global procurement services. This strategic location is the primary logistics center for international shipments to and from China, allowing DEX to source replacement materials within many of the actual Asian factories where many components are manufactured. It also allows the sourcing of “hard to find” parts at reasonable costs.

DEX Shanghai operations are located near major shipping facilities to facilitate the quick shipment of products. With DEX’s automated reverse auction system and its new Shanghai operations, DEX is uniquely positioned to provide reliable and cost-effective parts sourcing.
