At DEX, our vendor network consists of hundreds of verified and qualified suppliers throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia that cover industries ranging from computer and medical technology to consumer electronics. Since we have facilities in California, Ohio, Europe, and Asia—including strategic locations in Shanghai and Shenzhen —we’re able to have longstanding relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 level OEMs and ODMs.

We’re also a successful strategic partner for sourcing out-of-production and hard-to-find parts, new manufacturing alternatives, and low-cost suppliers. We can drop-ship products to any location around the world directly from Shanghai, which improves cycle time. Also, since we’re in close proximity to suppliers, our field service engineers are able to provide in-person visits and inspect parts before buying and shipping.

With our proprietary online marketplace, SupplyItNow™, we can access more than 4,000 vendors, quickly and efficiently providing replacement parts at low costs. SupplyItNow instantly communicates all parts needs (including hard-to-find) to our network of suppliers. Through this auction-based system, suppliers compete for the business—driving the price down for our clients.
