The DEX Software will be used for the Global Service Logistics facility to drive the entire Diebold depot repair operation located in North Canton. The software will increase visibility, control and efficiencies throughout their reverse logistics operation. Designed to address the complexities of managing returns and reverse logistics, DEX Systems spent over 15 years internally developing, testing and employing proprietary supply chain modules to run their global operation.
