DEX to Sponsor Blumberg Advisory Group, Inc.’s Reverse Logistics Research Project
Camarillo, CA - July 28, 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider, announced that it is sponsoring Blumberg Advisory Group, Inc.’s reverse logistics research project titled “Reverse Logistics and Aftermarket Services Management: A Strategic Look at the State of the Art.”
The first in a two-part series, this project will investigate, analyze, and assess key business drivers that influence decisions to improve bottom line profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality of reverse logistics operations through implementation of best practices and enterprise system software.
