DEX and ACCENT are combining their strengths and market knowledge to create a powerful solution that combines DEX’s integrated technology and leading supply chain solutions with ACCENT’s call center capabilities. As one of DEX’s call center partners, ACCENT will provide DEX’s clients with services that include lead generation, customer care and technical support, cross- and up-sell campaigns, loyalty marketing campaigns, and product recall management. Integrating DEX and ACCENT’s work streams will enable DEX to heighten client experiences, improve efficiencies, and provide additional flexibility. DEX and ACCENT recently began providing services to a leading consumer electronics company with DEX as the program integrator. The company received supply chain visibility for all execution and inventory management through DEX’s OrderVision® web-enabled application, which provides real-time visibility and data access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any location worldwide. DEX also developed a unique web portal for use by ACCENT’s contact center agents, providing them with real-time information about the end user’s product, including warranty data.
