DEX’s European Headquarters Welcomes Former DHL Chief Operating Officer and Former Vice President of European Operations at Jabil Global Services Ltd.
Executives Poised to Provide Dynamic Solutions to DEX’s European Clients

Camarillo, CA - June 12 , 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced today that two new executives—including a former DHL Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of European Operations at Jabil Global Services Ltd.—have joined the company’s European headquarters, located in Dublin, Ireland.

Peter Davies has joined DEX as Executive Chairman of DEX Europe, where he will help drive business in Europe through senior level contacts with the leaders of multi-national companies. Davies’ career has spanned more than thirty years. He worked for DHL Express Systems in a variety of positions, including Managing Director – United Kingdom and Chief Operating Officer – International Americas. During his tenure at DHL, Davies made noteworthy accomplishments such as significant turnarounds in profitability, increase of sales margins, reduction of transit times by 24 hours between North and South America, and development of the first overnight air service between the UK and Europe. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer for SN Brussels Airlines, Belgium and Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Airlines.

Liam O’Halloran has joined DEX as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of DEX Europe, where he will continue to grow DEX’s business in the entire European marketplace. O’Halloran has more than thirty years of experience in sales, finance, operations, human resources, general management, and supply chain consulting. Previously, he held a position at Norsk Data Ireland as Managing Director and at Jabil Global Services Ltd. as Vice President of European Operations. At Norsk Data Ireland, he established marketing and sales functions, secured major repair and logistics contracts, and re-positioned the company into new activities and markets. During his tenure at Jabil Global Services, he managed and developed the European operations in Ireland, UK, Belgium, and Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Science from NUI Maynooth College.
