DEX Expands Into Asia Pacific
DEX Provides Global Sourcing Solutions to Suppliers Throughout Asia

Camarillo, CA - March 19, 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced that it has expanded into Asia Pacific (APAC) with offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China. The company plans to add offices in Taiwan and Singapore in coming months due to growing business in these Asian territories. With locations in California, Ohio, Ireland, and now Asia, DEX is providing leading global solutions for clients around the world.

DEX’s office in Shanghai has been in operation for three years and allowed DEX to become a successful strategic partner for sourcing out-of-production and hard-to-find parts, new manufacturing alternatives, and low-cost suppliers. This strategy compliments DEX’s proprietary online marketplace, SupplyItNow™, a valuable web-enabled solution with more than 4,000 vendors. SupplyItNow enables DEX to quickly and efficiently provide replacement parts at the lowest prices on the market.

DEX’s Shanghai office, which directly supports Asian territories, also supports Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). To accommodate expanding business, DEX recently expanded its office in Shenzhen, which has been in operation for several months.

DEX’s APAC offices allow the company to build long-term trust with the ODMs and OEMs. Additionally, DEX has the ability to drop-ship products to any location around the world directly from its Shanghai location—improving cycle time.

With its offices located in APAC, DEX is able to interact directly with ODMs and OEMs in Asia—specifically in China, where many DEX clients are located and parts are manufactured. DEX’s clients have access to immediate solutions, including the ability to have DEX staff inspect parts onsite prior to buying or shipping, without time delays. In its APAC locations, DEX can procure rare and unique parts in a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, computer, and medical.
