Howard Goldberg, PhD, Joins DEX as Senior Vice President and General Manager

Camarillo, CA - February 1, 2008 - DEX® (Data Exchange Corporation), a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced today that Howard Goldberg, PhD, has joined the company as Senior Vice President and General Manager of DEX’s Camarillo, California division. In his new role, Goldberg has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and also plans, organizes, directs, controls supply chain operations, and improves overall financial performance.

Prior to joining DEX, Goldberg held senior executive management positions at several companies including Colibrys, Inc., Applied MEMS, Inc., and Input/Output, Inc. In these roles, Goldberg had a variety of responsibilities including P&L, product development, complete site operations and business performance, and key customer management. He built customer-focused teams, implemented rapid transitions, and delivered results quickly and efficiently. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University, a master’s degree from the University of Michigan, and a PhD from the University of Michigan.
