With this certification in place, DEX can further maintain its commitment to quality practices and customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients continue to receive top-quality results. The requirements of DEX’s ISO 9001:2000 certification covers a wide range of elements, including top management commitment to quality, client focus, adequacy of resources, employee competence, process management (for production, service delivery, and relevant administrative and support processes), quality planning, product design, and review of incoming orders.
