The ISO 14001 standards specify an environmental management system (EMS) and include requirements for establishing an environmental policy. In an age where green factors are forcing a new stage of expectations on global outsourcing suppliers, environmental concerns are at the forefront. DEX’s goal, as an organization, is to improve the environment on behalf of people everywhere by implementing comprehensive “green” initiatives that ensure compliance. “As a good corporate citizen, DEX is committed to meeting all environmental regulations worldwide. We take our environmental obligations very seriously,” said Maurice Regan, SVP and General Manager of DEX Europe. “With procedures in place that are required by this certification, we are able to identify cost savings through efficient waste management and recycling and pass this onto our customers,” continued Regan. In addition to the ISO 14001 certification, DEX Europe is preparing for ISO 13485 certification in support of our medical clients. About DEX |
