About DEX - Facilities

DEX’s Camarillo, California location houses DEX’s corporate headquarters, as well as the information technology and engineering departments that support all global operations. International, national, and regional customers are serviced from this ISO 9001:2000 certified facility with more than 215,000 square feet of production and distribution space and a 100,000 square foot warehouse and logistics center. Camarillo is centrally located within Ventura County’s high-tech corridor and effectively supports overseas imports that flow through the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

DEX’s Ohio location is located in Groveport, Ohio just outside Columbus near the Rickenbacker Airport. This facility, which is specifically configured to provide volume returns management solutions for high technology products, is strategically located near all major freight carrier hubs. This 9001:2000 certified facility also provides DEX’s clients with warehousing and logistics solutions, hardware recertification, disassembly and depot repair solutions, as well as in-house engineering and IT systems support. With several million square feet of available warehousing space in Creekside Industrial Parkway, DEX Ohio can scale up to the growing needs of our clients.

DEX’s European headquarters is located in Dublin, Ireland and handles repair, warehousing, and distribution functions, with specific expertise with high-end equipment repair and high quality spare parts procurement services. This facility is situated close to the airport and sea port to support clients throughout EMEA. All major freight companies are based in Ireland and offer next-day delivery to all central business districts in all major the same services as DEX in the United States. DEX’s European staff of highly qualified engineers is dedicated to supporting products and quickly providing process control systems that support new and emerging technologies, all within ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities.

DEX’s locations throughout Asia provide global procurement services, with DEX’s Shanghai facility the primary logistics center for internal shipments to and from China. This enables DEX to source replacement materials within many of the actual Asian factories where many components are manufactured. It also allows the sourcing of “hard to find” parts at the best possible price. Our locations are situated near major shipping facilities to facilitate the quick shipment of products. With our automated reverse auction system and Asia locations, we’re uniquely positioned to provide reliable and cost-effective parts sourcing.

Some clients prefer that we provide them with a strategically located, smaller scale operation located at or near their location. To address those needs, we’ve developed the DEXPod™, a self-contained operational unit that functions in a client’s, or other supply chain stakeholder’s, location. The DEXPod solution is based on DEX’s ability to configure and implement a remote service solution using DEX’s technical and systems core competencies. The DEXPod is managed by experienced DEX experts who are knowledgeable in various aspects of reverse logistics including returns processing, repair, reverse engineering, and product failure analysis.
