Sheldon Malchicoff
Sheldon Malchicoff is the chairman, president, and CEO of Data Exchange Corporation (DEX). DEX is in the business of identifying and delivering supply chain solutions at the lowest total cost to its customers by leveraging engineering, systems, and design. These infrastructures and core competencies give DEX an unmatched foundation for supply chain solutions.
DEX supports dozens of Fortune 500 companies worldwide and has longstanding customers that include manufacturers, OEMs, ODMs and retail organizations. DEX’s solutions are targeted to medical technology, computer, consumer electronics, homeland security, industrial and commercial electronics, renewable energy, retail, semiconductor equipment, telecommunications industries. The company provides world class solutions, is ISO certified, has rigorous quality standards, and is focused on continuous improvement.
Prior to founding DEX in 1980, Malchicoff served as Director of Advanced Development for the Sperry products division of Automation Industries and held various management positions for Data Products.
Malchicoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from California State University, Northridge and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s “President’s Program in Leadership.” He is also a member of World President’s Organization (WPO) and Chief Executive’s Organization (CEO). |

Jeffrey R. Haines
Jeff Haines was named President and CEO
in 1984 and Chairman of Royce Medical in
1998. Jeff joined Royce Medical in October
of 1981 as General Manager. Under his direction,
Royce has experienced dramatic growth, while
he facilitated the development of the corporate
culture, the strategic planning process,
and systems to ensure measurement and success.
Jeff has been an active member of the
San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Young
President's Organization since 1992, and
has held several positions, including Chapter
Chairman. |

Tony Harris
Mr. Harris, residing in the United Kingdom, has extensive international industry experience and has held key executive roles at global technology and logistics companies. Mr. Harris has served as Chief Executive of ADT plc in the UK, Managing Director of NTL Business, Inc. and President, Business Services at BT plc. Before joining BT, Tony was an Executive Board Member for 11 years at DHL Worldwide Express, working in Europe, USA and South America. His early career was with Hill & Knowlton in Paris and Milan, and with McKinsey & Co in London.
Currently a Senior Adviser to a private Investment Company and serving on the Boards of the UK Audit Commission, Norbain Group, Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Worcester RFC, Mr. Harris is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
